What We Do
The International Ladies Charity Federation (ILCF) is a nonprofit organization empowering women to lead, serve, and create impact through philanthropy, cultural arts, and entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2018 by Joanna Jia, ILCF has grown to over 400 members who champion women’s voices and cultural exchange within the Chinese immigrant and Asian American community.
Through charitable initiatives, artistic showcases, and business mentorship, we elevate Asian women leadership to the global stage—celebrating heritage while inspiring a new generation of female leaders.
